For contractors

Homeowners near you are asking for quotes.

Radar builds a free report for homeowners from public county records: the companies that did the most jobs like theirs, near their home, this past year. When a homeowner asks for quotes, the companies on their report can offer to take the job. If your company does this kind of work in Miami-Dade, you may already be on those reports.

Why contractors sign up

You pay only when the homeowner answers

Most lead services charge you whether the homeowner ever talks to you or not. On Radar, a credit is used only when the homeowner replies and picks you. No answer, no cost.

The homeowner picked you by name

Quote requests go only to companies on the homeowner's own report, and the homeowner agrees to be contacted by those companies, by name, before anyone can ask. At most three companies can line up for one job — your ask is never sold on to a long list.

Your place comes from your work

Reports are built from county records of real jobs done near the home. Nobody can pay to appear in a report, or to appear higher in one.

Looking costs nothing

There is no monthly fee to sign in and see jobs. Browse every job near you first, and ask only for the ones you want.
